Thompson/Collins & Associates, INC. was established in 2002. Current employees and licensed agents: Chad Thompson, Brandon Benson, Kourtni Peplinski and Connor Domonoske.

Chad started his insurance career in 1997 working for Kenneth D. Collins Agency in Plentywood. He purchased the agency from Kenneth “Buzz” Collins in 2002. Chad and his wife Valerie have 3 daughters and 5 grandchildren. They enjoy fishing, camping, golfing and trying to keep up with their grandkids

Brandon began working for Thompson/Collins Agency in July of 2011. Brandon and his wife Tahnee have 3 daughters who are active in sports and gymnastics. When they are not following the kids around, they enjoy traveling and the Montana outdoors.

Kourtni started her insurance career in December of 2021. Kourtni is currently expecting her first child in the beginning of April 2026, with her partner Coltin. She has always dreamed of starting & raising a family in her hometown of Plentywood.

Connor joined Thompson/Collins & Associates, Inc. in 2024 and holds active licenses in Property, Casualty, Life, and Health insurance.

Born and raised in Plentywood, Montana, Connor is proud to call this community home.

Connor and his wife Breann welcomed their daughter in 2025. When not in the office, they spend time with family and friends and get out for the occasional round of golf. Connor is also actively involved with the Plentywood Volunteer Fire Department and other local community organizations.
